Our state-of-the-art IP services are provided under the experienced and long established leadership of Ms. Christina Ismini Vayanos Kostopoulos, Attorney, M. Jur., who is the Director of our company. All legal aspects and professional services before the competent domestic and international agencies are taken care of by our specialized intellectual property Legal Counsel Dr. Nikolaos Lyberis. Dr. Lyberis has been following the development of the Cypriot IP law since 1998, when the Cypriot Republic became member of the European Patent Convention and has acted for the protection and in defense of numerous IP rights before the Cypriot Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO) and other international authorities. He is a member of the Nicosia Bar Association since 2008 and teaches economic law as Adj. Ass. Professor at the Law School of the European University Cyprus (EUC) in Nicosia.
